DIGITAL GOODS FULFILLMENT POLICY

In order for our customers to be able to determine how we fulfill orders. Here we explain our policies as to be clear of how our business manages:

Refund policy — We have a NO REFUND policy on our Digital Goods. This means once you purchase your SUBSCRIPTION, we will not return your money. This is a SUBSCRIPTION Service, so this means that the payment gateway (GoDaddy or your credit card company) automatically charge the amount of your subscription EVERY CYCLE (depending on the plan and discount code you use, it could be EVERY MONTH, every 3 months, or however the plan you choose expressly says so) unless you cancel your service BEFORE THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE. DO NOT file any cases with GoDaddy or your credit card especially after the gateway has already charged your next subscription, because this is a Digital Good and we will prove you’ve used the service, and you will lose your case. If you still feel you need to contact us and explain your special situation do so at admin@optionstrading101.com
Delivery policy — This is a DIGITAL GOODS SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE, and, in many cases, IT REQUIRES some interaction on your part to activate certain services.
- X (Twitter) Service or Basic Plan: This service will be available to you within the next 24 hours of a Trading Day (We are considering a trading day Monday through Friday with exceptions of trading holidays, here is a detailed explanation of those trading holidays https://www.nyse.com/markets/hours-calendars please refer to this external website). It is VERY IMPORTANT to notice that this service also requires you to COMPLETE the friendship request process with Optionstrading101.com PRIVATE X (TWITTER) which is different than the public one. This friendship request process is part of the registration/payment process. Immediately after you complete your payment the X (twitter) request process will be available for you on your browser, and it will ask you to login with your X (Twitter) account if you are not already logged in and it will ask you to authorize a friendship with Optionstrading101.com Private X (Twitter). If this process fails and you did not establish a friendship at that time, we will send you emails to try to get you request to follow Optionstrading101.com on the private account. Please be aware that this process requires your interaction, and we are not responsible if YOU DO NOT COMPLETE this part of the process. As a good practice we advise you to turn on notifications to Optionstrading101.com’s private X (twitter) account, so you do not miss any of the tweets.
- Chat Service or Plus Plan: In addition to also having access to Optionstrading101.com’s Private X (Twitter) with this plan, which requires you to the do the above-mentioned steps, you also get the chat service with this plan. Return policy – This is a SUBSCRIPTION BASED PLAN of DIGITAL GOODS. There is NO RETURN procedure on a digital good, as once you signed up and paid you have immediate access to the digital goods and regardless of if you like or dislike the content of the digital goods, you have already taken possession of them. Please be aware of this before you sign up and pay.
Cancellation policy — Subscription based plans require customers attention in order for them not to be billed on a service they no longer want or require.

It is very important to note the this HAS TO BE DONE BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING CYCLE OR THE NEXT PAYMENT OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS GONE THROUGH. Once payment has been retrieved from your account the service or subscription is considered RENEWED.

Credit Card Cancellation: If you paid with Credit Card the procedure is a lot simpler. You just need to go to Optionstrading101.com and log in with your credentials, once logged in click on the Greeting on the upper right hand. Corner and click on MEMBERSHIP DETAILS. There you can cancel your subscription by clicking Cancel Subscription link.
